I found this cool quote from Devin's Blog...

   I always finish my essays last because I feel like procrastinating on those devils. I did that back in middle school. If you read the study guide essays I did over the summer, you will find them not very impressive. Another thing is that my hand writing is sort of messy. The page becomes gray because the words are smudged. Letters are stuck together and everything looks out of place.

I completely agree with Devin. He said everything I needed to say in this tiny quote. When I do my homework, I always do math first and any writing I just do last. I thats what I did in middle school. The summer readers were a pain in the butt. It was summer and I had to write like 13 essays. At one point, I thought about just not doing any of them, but I knew the consequences for that. So I did them, but they were like the worst essays I did in my life. Sometimes I didn't even know what I was talking about. They were all super short, and by reading them any one could tell, I didn't put any effort into them. I typed these essays to make them look longer, but compared to everyone else it was very short. My hand writing is very messy, so that is another reason why I didn't write them.  I been hearing that my writing is messy ever since kindergarten, and teacher after teacher complained they couldn't read my writing sometimes. In conclusion, Devin and I have very similar characteristics, and now I do not feel like I am the only one in the world who feels this way.

     Justin Bieber's full name is Justin Drew Bieber. He was born on March 1, 1994 and raised in Ontario. As Justin Bieber grew older he taught himself how to play the piano, drums, guitar, and trumpet. In 2007, he sang at a local singing competition and got second place. His mom posted videos of Justin on Youtube, and soon he became popular.
     A marketing executive,Scooter Braun, came across Bieber's video on youtube. He was impressed by his singing so he tracked him down and asked his mom to let him record demo tapes in Atlanta, Georgia. She let him. After one week, Bieber started singing for Usher. Soon, Bieber was signed to Raymond Braun Media Group a group with Braun and Usher. After that, Bieber and his mother moved to Atlanta to start his career and Braun became Bieber's manager.
     Soon Bieber had his first song, One Time. The song was number 17 on Billboard Hot 100. Afterward,  Bieber's first album My World was released and it had three songs: One Less Lonely Girl, Love me, and Favorite Girl. The album went on Itunes top 40 songs list. Later on, Bieber continues his success as a singer and now he was starred on CSI. Bieber soon became so popular that now everyone is trying to criticize him. His fame will continue on and he will be one of the best singers in the world.

 Racism is a major problem in the world. Here are some racist things I hear daily.... Asians have small eyes. Asians cant drive. All black people like chicken. All Asians are super smart. Mexicans have hops. I hear this daily, and I wonder when will this ever stop. This quote talks about a blonde being dumb. Not all blonde's are dumb. All these stereotypes hurt people, and we all have one for almost each race. We use these to stab and jab people, even though we are pretty much all the same. If only we follow the golden rule "Treat your neighbors as yourself" we will all be living in a good environment. So, why cant we humans love each other?

I really need to talk about something VERY important. Everyone knows who Justin Bieber, but why does everyone hate him. Mr. Bieber is a regular normal teenager (just like all of us) who has an amazing voice and is very popular. Here are some of the reason why people hate them:

I was inspired by Luis's Quote:

Urban art is not necessarily destruction of property, I think of it as more of coloring or decorating the city. Most of the property being painted is not even being used. I agree that urban art should not be done on important places such as religious places, cemeteries, and so on.

     Luis has a really good point here. I seen him do graffiti, and he is good. He does not do it on the walls, but he decorates his binder with them. Urban art is something you do if  live in or have a passion for city life. Urban art does decorate the city, because it is better than seeing a red brick old wall. Without Urban art the city will have more color to it, and artist can express better.
     Also, Luis mentioned about the property not being used. This is totally true. On plain white trucks, there are no words or anything, so why not add some color into it. Because, this is true ,there is a lot of  graffiti now on the white trucks I see. The brick red walls I also see daily. I hate the texture of the old moldiness that it has. Putting graffiti on it, will pretty it up. Graffiti should not be vandalism if no one is going to use the place. 
    Graffiti could also be used to express one's feelings. One can post ads and campaigns on the walls. It would be way more noticeable than any ad on the newspaper. The urban art style has an unlimited number of uses and it should not be banned if posted on the wall of streets.

As well written and organized Bianca’s rebuttal is it gives no factual information to back up their point on why the death penalty is wrong. For example,there is no sure way to judge the crimes of men because it is impossible to not sometimes be bias, notice how she says sometimes instead of always. Her statement is based on her own personal views instead of FACTS. For instance, how most people confuse retribution with revenge,  "People often confuse retribution with revenge... Vengeance signifies inflicting harm on the offender out of anger because of what he has done. Retribution is the rationally supported theory that the criminal deserves a punishment fitting the gravity of his crime...  Retributivism is not based on hatred for the criminal (though a feeling of vengeance may accompany the punishment). Retributivism is the theory that the criminal deserves to be punished and deserves to be punished in proportion to the gravity of his or her crime, whether or not the victim or anyone else desires it. We may all deeply regret having to carry out the punishment, but consider it warranted.  When a society fails to punish criminals in a way thought to be proportionate to the gravity of the crime, the danger arises that the public would take the law into its own hands, resulting in vigilante justice, lynch mobs, and private acts of retribution. The outcome is likely to be an anarchistic, insecure state of injustice.", as said by Louis P Pojman, Phd. Thats a fact and proven by criminals themselves. Some may also argue that the cost of an execution is costly, but professionals argue differently.

I found an awesome quote from Vinh's Blog that goes with the Asti Constitution...........

One time when I was playing a MMO game(MMO stand for multi-massive online) I accidently joined a group of people where they were making this group of people feel bad. I didn't join them on purpose but at that time I didn't really try to stop them. I didn't really feel like stopping them because I think that will bring me trouble in the future. Also I didn't have a relationship with them, so you can say I was a bystander at that time. Thinking back now I actually feel horrible that I didn't stop those guys. I have been trying to stop this kind of thing when it happen to me, but regardless, it's still the truth that I didn't stop them at that time. To tell the truth the group that was harassing those guy are call "Impenetrable" and the group that was being harass are call "Deathknights". One way or another I was just playing with one of the member of Impen then I suddenly got drag into that. I was scared that if I try to stop Impen then I would become their target next.(Impenetrable is the strongest guild throughout the whole game) Deathknights rank in the game was 2nd to Impen so I think Impen was trying to weed them out and kick them out of the competition. Even so I still think it horrible of them trying to do that. Right now I oppose their action and told a GM about their online bullying. But at that time I truly regret that I didn't stop them. To tell the truth Deathknights and Impenetrable is one of the most famous guild and their alliance to each other. I am not really sure why they would just do that to the Deathknights. I think partly is because impen was being the game number 1 for like 1 year and Deathknight is number 2 and they want them to be off number 2. Regardless I think it was horrible of them to harm their peer like that. So I would stop those action if I ever encounter this type of situation. I will also ask myself does I want to be treated like that.

      There are many ways in which this quote fits in the Constitution. "Include don't exclude." Maybe Vinh could have included the "Deathknights" and not left them out. He could have became a member of the "Deathknights", and just ignore the "Impenetrable". Who cares if the "Impenetrable"tried to kick the "Deathknights"out, Vinh could have help them out and maybe beat the "Impenetrable". In the real world, if there is a better group harassing  another low group then what do you do? Do u join the better group and continue harassing the lower group, or do u join the lower group and "speak up for yourself and others" also stated in the Asti Constitution. Just because they are low does not mean anything. "Accept others for who they are". Every one of us are human( I hope) and we should all be treated nicely. You should always speak up for yourself and others even if you are afraid that the other group will harass you. The next step you should take is to "Build mutual trust and respect". Make friends with the group, and help each other out. Everyone should endure the pain of being harassed together. Then finally "Resolve conflict peacefully". The two groups should work things out together and not be so mean to each other.
